Rachelle is the most hardworking realtor I have ever met. We touched base on a phone call and I told her it might be a year before we bought a house but we would be in town in a few weeks. She showed us around town and we saw plenty of houses. She listened to what we said and didn’t go outside our parameters. The next trip out we looked at some more houses and bought one. As a New Yorker we knew very little about Las Cruces but really wanted to see it and maybe buy a home and retire there. One day out of the blue I reached out to Rachelle on a cold call. She seemed nice and knowledgeable of the area but we really didn't know her at all. About a year passed and Rachelle would send me listing weekly and we would talk about when we were going to make it out there and spend a week looking at homes. Finely the stars aligned and the time came to venture to New Mexico. We set up a two of days of house storming since we are not one's to linger at a house we don't like and move quickly on to the next. I think we kind of caught Rachelle off guard with our speed and she adjusted very quickly to our pace and tastes and found more for us to see. Eventually we did find our dream home and this is where Rachelle went from cool and easy going to a fighter for us . Her knowledge coming from a home building background proved to be the Ace in her deck of cards especially on finding things that would need to be addressed before the sale could go through. Rachelle stayed on top of every aspect of our purchase and met with all the people we could not since we're still living in NY . She provided me with all the numbers and who to call on services that needed to be put in our name not only that but she was one step ahead of the seller's agent all the time. Rachelle is still here for us even after the purchase and has been a lifeline for us that has been invaluable. We are so happy to have her in our lives and can't wait to move out there and continue our friendship . Bottom line is she's the best !!!!!!
