Aero Newton Hangar is a facility of T-Hangars and Commercial Hangars (CH) located at the Las Cruces International Airport in NM. ANI consists of 3 buildings totaling ~28,140 sq-ft of concrete floor space. All construction is general metal building components. T-Hangars are insulated on the ceilings and the CH are fully insulated not including hangar doors. All buildings are on septic tank serviced by the city. Taxiways are maintained by the city. There are 2 T buildings that house 7 T units each and 2 storage rooms on opposite ends of the building plus a restroom/mechanical room. Each T unit is plumbed with a sink and water plus shop air as well as electricity and lighting. And each T unit has a bifold door with integral walk thru door and are powered by a common hydraulic operator. Each T unit building is ~ 8,910 sq-sf of floorspace. The CH has 3 suites with 16' high Horton Stack Doors attached. Each suite has its own bathroom and heated and cooled office.
